The Pulse Principles

Successful trading firms are built on the contributions of many people.  Shared values represent the written and unwritten rules that help guide everyday action in a complex and ever-changing environment. When we apply these values daily, we experience the power of teamwork, which is the essence of the Pulse philosophy.

To produce outstanding performance for our clients, we learn to think like them, understand their objectives, follow their instructions -- and then perform to the best of our abilities.  The work we do puts the customer first, always.

To maintain and raise our standards, as we must, we analyze and learn from our experience on the trading and research desks, as well as respond to industry and technology developments, both individually and as team members.

Our aim at all times is to be completely professional in word and deed and, by adhering to our principles, keep the trust and confidence of our clients.  The teamwork approach that connects Pulse’s people, our greatest assets, makes this happen.
