Pulse Trading Opens St. Louis Regional Office

BOSTON, MA, May 14, 2007 – Pulse Trading, Inc., a leading full service independent agency brokerage firm, today announced the opening of a regional office and trading room in St. Louis, MO, headed by institutional investment veterans Rob Cofer and Steve Menendez.

Cofer and Menendez, who have worked together for 12 years, have joined Pulse Trading from the St. Louis office of Flagstone Securities LLC. “We are very pleased to open the Pulse St. Louis office with a highly-experienced institutional team that has forged excellent relationships in the Midwest, and covers both the trading and sales sides of our business,” commented Pulse chairman Mark Enriquez.

With the new St. Louis office, Pulse Trading now has four regional offices in the United States. The three other locations are Dallas, New York and San Francisco.

Prior to Flagstone, where he was senior vice president and head of equity trading, Cofer was founder and president of Rockhouse Securities LLC, a full service agency broker-dealer. He started at Edward Jones in 1988, and also worked for Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. and Bridge Trading Company. Menendez, whose experience includes 10 years of institutional sales, worked with Cofer at Rockhouse Securities and Stifel, Nicolaus, as well as at Flagstone.
